36 Corvina Way is set to be affordable to moderate-income (100% AMI) households and is priced at $307,655 (income limits will apply). Affordable is defined as a household spending no more than 35% of their income on housing costs. There will be recorded resale restrictions on the home in order to ensure 36 Corvina Way remains affordable for future generations.

Eligibility Requirements

  • Households must be able to qualify for a 30-year, fixed rate mortgage.
  • All households must earn below 100% of the Area Median Income.
  • Applicants DO NOT have to be first time homebuyers.

Preference Point Criteria

Applicants can qualify for up to a maximum of 4 preference points based on the criteria below. All applicants will be grouped based on the number of preference points the household earns. Please note, all preference points must be verified in the Offer Packet.

Preference Points:

  • 4 Points: At least one adult household member is a Veteran of the US Military living and/or working in the City of American Canyon.
  • 2 Points: At least one adult household member currently works or lives in the City of American Canyon.
  • 1 Point: At least one adult household member currently works or lives in Napa County.
