The team at Hello Housing is excited to be growing Hello Stewardship, a program launched in 2013 to help our city and county partners make and maintain responsible investments in affordable housing that lead to improved outcomes for residents.
Hello Stewardship manages a portfolio of affordable owner-occupied homes with a market value of over $500 million as well as portfolios of affordable rentals produced as a result of inclusionary zoning policies. down payment assistance and rehab loans. With home prices skyrocketing once again, and more and more working families being priced out of the Bay Area, this work is more important than ever.
A Program Manager manages the ins and outs of a variety of affordable homeownership and/or rental opportunities on behalf of multiple Bay Area cities, connecting daily with homebuyers, homeowners, lenders, residents, and City staff. Learn more.
A Program Compliance Manager ensures our Stewardship programs stay in compliance with city regulations by determining the eligibility of new applicants and current households. Learn more.
A Program Associate wears multiple hats to keep Hello Housing’s mission moving forward, including responsibilities such as (1) connecting daily with Bay Area residents to assist them in their search for affordable housing, (2) assisting in the review of program applications to determine eligibility and (3) providing support to Hello Housing’s Program Managers and other team members on program operations and special projects.
