Hello Housing is doing all we can to make sure that we are being proactive in preventing the spread of the coronavirus, while remaining steadfast in our commitment to serve our program participants and our partners. Hello Housing’s Oakland and San Francisco physical offices are now closed, however our team is up and running from our respective homes. Due to school closures and evolving child care needs, our response times for non-urgent inquiries may be delayed. For more information, please read over our Coronavirus updates. Thank you for your understanding and stay healthy!

Hello Housing is pleased to be managing the City of Concord’s Below Market Rate homeownership program. This includes the First Time Homebuyer Program (FTHB) which provides down payment assistance loans as well as assisting owners of Concord-sponsored Below Market Rate (BMR) homes in selling, refinancing or making improvements to their home. We invite you to learn more about these programs and other resources available to the residents of Concord.

Important Update Please note that as of June 30, 2021, Hello Housing will no longer be administering the City of Concord’s programs. We will update this webpage as the new program administrator’s contact information becomes available. While we are committed to continuing to serve program participants throughout the transition, please note there may be some delays in response times. You can read more about Hello Housing’s decision here. Thank you!
