COVID-19 Resources
Hello Housing is doing all we can to make sure that we are being proactive in preventing the spread of the coronavirus, while remaining steadfast in our commitment to serve our program participants and our partners. Hello Housing’s Oakland and San Francisco physical offices are now closed, however our team is up and running from our respective homes. Due to school closures and evolving child care needs, our response times for non-urgent inquiries may be delayed. Hello Housing is pleased to be managing the City of Cupertino’s (BMR) Housing Program. The BMR Program includes affordable homes for sale and for rent. Opportunities periodically arise to purchase BMR homes, either by current homeowners selling their home or by sales of new BMR homes that are created through the City’s Residential Housing Mitigation Program, which requires developers provide deed-restricted affordable housing in their projects. Hello Housing is also a resource for existing BMR homeowners to provide education about the BMR program and to assist in refinancing their homes. Hello Housing administers the City’s BMR Ownership and Rental waitlists, and will assist with the annual income certification of current tenants of BMR rental units. We invite you to learn more about these programs and other resources available to the residents of Cupertino above.
