Eligible pre-applications received by August 31st have be invited to attend a Mandatory Workshop to learn about the City's BMP program requirements as well as how to submit a full application that will also include submitting supporting income for all household members over the age of 18 along with the City's priority preference verification documentation. The Mandatory Workshop has been scheduled for September 8th at 6:00 and will be held by Zoom. Please keep an eye out for an email with a link to the workshop.
Following the Mandatory Workshop, all registered and confirmed attendees will be entered into the Application Lottery. Applicants will be invited to submit a Purchase Application in lottery ranking order for an opportunity to purchase one of these units should the applicant household meet all of the program eligibility requirements following review of the submitted materials.
