Below Market Rate Home Ownership Program
The City of Gilroy's Below Market Rate (BMR) housing program is dedicated to maintaining affordable housing options for low- to moderate-income households within the community. With a commitment that extends over 20 years, this program is designed to ensures that affordable home ownership is achievable. Although there are currently no new units being added, there are over 250 homes in the program that may occasionally be available for resale, providing opportunities for families seeking affordable living in Gilroy.
