All interested applicants must submit an online pre-application in order to qualify for the housing lottery to purchase this home. The pre-application will require that you obtain a mortgage pre-approval from one of our preferred lenders as part of your submission. You can find the lender list here.
Eligible pre-applications received by the March 10th deadline will be invited to attend a Mandatory Workshop to learn about the City's BMP program requirements as well as how to submit a full application that will also include submitting supporting income and preference point documentation.
Following the Mandatory Workshop, all registered and confirmed attendees will be entered into the Application Lottery. Applicants will be invited to submit a Purchase Application in lottery ranking order for an opportunity to purchase the unit should the applicant household meet all of the program eligibility requirements following review of the submitted materials.
